Pricing Per Event
$450 per 100 square feet—that’s 10’x10’. If you plan to have a vehicle or trailer as part of your display, minimum 10’x20’ is required. Booths larger than 20×20, please contact Brian Riepe for custom pricing. Food & Artist vendors please contact Meg Schultz.
Includes
- Two staff passes (additional staff passes can be purchased
for $15 per person) - Listing on webpage under exhibitor list
- Logos featured in event advertising
- Eligible for social media submissions
- Opportunity to sell merchandise
- Access to event survey and survey participant emails
Requirements
- Vendor must provide product for raffle per event (required value varies, please contact Brian Riepe for details).
- Vendors must be in place by 8 a.m. Friday, July 26.
- Vendors must have packed and vacated the property by 9 p.m. Sunday, July 28.
- Vendors must submit a logo, and weblink to vendor website with riepe@mountainflyer.com upon completion of payment.
