FLOW STATE is THE Vermont Mountain Bike Festival featuring everything you’d expect from the biggest mountain bike party in the East at some of the best trails in Vermont. Bikes, bands, beers, demos, camping, vendors, food trucks, camping—all in a family-friendly three-day festival.

Ascutney Trails and the surrounding network has grown to include more than 55 miles of flowy, techy, rocky and rooty singletrack. It offers something for every rider. Kids will love the mile-long field and swoops and loops trail. Epic riders can get a guided ride of the old point-to-point course or check out the nearby Woodstock and Upper Valley trail systems less than 45 minutes away. Our Vendor Village will feature demos from the best bike brands. And we’ll be pumping out tunes from some of Vermont’s best little bands on our Main Stage each day and every night.
